Route capability guide

Six core capabilities, checked by use case

From peak-hour routes, encryption, and device sharing to AI and streaming access, each section explains how it works and where it applies. Select a topic to switch sections; the current choice syncs to the page URL.

Peak-hour performance depends mainly on route type, entry-point quality, and congestion handling, not just the peak shown in a single speed test. VPNVG offers IEPL dedicated, relay, and direct routes, so users can switch based on their network, destination, and time of day instead of keeping every connection on one path.

IEPL dedicated line Relay Direct

When pages load slowly during peak hours, keep the entry region unchanged and test different route types in sequence. IEPL dedicated lines suit work, meetings, and long transfers where continuity matters; relay routes balance cost and performance; direct routes use a simpler path and work well when the local-to-destination route is already smooth. Switching one option at a time helps show whether the issue is local networking, the entry point, or the destination service.

Choose global routes by region and type

The route list helps identify a destination and connection method. The table shows only region, city, route type, and streaming support; a single short-term latency result is not presented as a long-term guarantee.

Choose a route by destination first

When accessing AI tools, work systems, or streaming services, first identify the region typically used by the target service, then choose from available routes in that same region. Matching the region reduces unnecessary intercontinental detours and helps keep login state and content region relatively stable. For longer tasks, avoid switching regions frequently after connecting.

Then troubleshoot by route type

If access is slow within the same region, switch the route type before changing the region, client, and rules at the same time. IEPL dedicated lines suit continuous tasks, relay routes balance coverage and everyday use, and direct routes work well when the local-to-destination path is smooth. Change one variable at a time to identify what made the difference.

Validate with real tasks

Opening a webpage is only the most basic check. Also test login, long conversations, file transfers, continuous playback, and reconnection after a device wakes from sleep. For personal or household multi-device use, note the best region and mode for each device so a system permission issue is not mistaken for a route issue.

Client access

All five platforms are provided through the user panel

Clients and subscriptions are available in the user panel after sign-in. Public pages do not provide static installers or subscription URLs, making account management, device changes, and future configuration updates easier.

Windows

Suitable for desktop work, browser access, and rule-based routing. Sign in to retrieve the client and the current account subscription.

Get the client

macOS

Import the subscription after configuring system network permissions. Sign in to the panel to access the relevant entry point and instructions.

Get the client

Android

Works with system connection permissions, background activity settings, and per-app rules. Retrieve the subscription after signing in to the panel.

Get the client

iOS

Sign in to the user panel for access instructions and subscription import steps. After granting system permissions, choose a route.

Get the client

Linux

Suitable for desktop environments that require detailed network-rule management. The client and subscription are delivered through the panel.

Plan preview

Choose by monthly usage, not device count

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated across the remaining days. All three monthly plans support unlimited devices; choose based on typical usage.

Data packs

For occasional use: data that never expires

Data packs are deducted by usage and never expire; they remain available until used. Options include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Suitable for irregular usage or anyone who does not want monthly data resets.

60GB for light tasks

If your main needs are web browsing, messaging, brief AI tool sessions, or occasional access to international services, the Basic plan makes budget control easier. Check whether everyday tasks include large files, continuous playback, or system updates before choosing a higher data allowance.

250GB for everyday multi-device use

The Everyday plan suits computers and mobile devices used together, along with more frequent AI conversations, research, and media use. Since devices are unlimited, the key factor is total data rather than device count. For household sharing, also watch automatic updates and background syncing on each device.

500GB for continuous transfer

The High Data plan is designed for continuous playback, larger file transfers, or sharing among several people. If monthly usage varies significantly, compare monthly plans with data packs that never expire: monthly plans suit ongoing use, while data packs may suit low-frequency, irregular usage.

How to choose

Clear route, delivery, and refund terms

When choosing an international network service, the key question is not simply whether it is “fast.” Check whether route types are selectable, regions match your needs, plan rules are clear, clients cover your everyday devices, and the refund terms are explicit if the service does not fit.

VPNVG labels IEPL dedicated, relay, and direct routes separately, so users can choose a path for the task at hand. Coverage includes 110+ countries / 220+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux and unlimited devices online simultaneously. The plan page lists monthly plans and data packs separately instead of mixing billing models.

Creating an account requires only a username and password; no email address is required. Clients and subscriptions are delivered through the user panel, while public pages provide only access points and instructions, not actual configurations. Payment supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. If the network environment is not a fit, use the 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy.

ROUTE

Clear route types

IEPL dedicated, relay, and direct routes are shown separately. When switching, keep the region and adjust only the route type to reduce troubleshooting variables.

ACCOUNT

Streamlined account creation

No email address is required; a username and password are enough. Retrieve the subscription and client together after signing in.

BILLING

Separate billing explanations

Monthly plans reset each month on the activation date; data packs remain available until used and never expire. Each suits a different use case.

SUPPORT

Test your real environment first

Test with your usual devices, network, and target services, then choose a plan based on the results. A 14-day no-questions-asked refund is available.
