Data processing rules

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains how VPNVG handles data while providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services. Processing is limited to information needed for accounts, orders, route connections, customer support, and site security. By using the service, users confirm that they have read and understood these rules.

Data collection and purposes

No email address is required to register. Users create an account with a username and password, so VPNVG does not make an email address a registration requirement. The account system processes usernames, password security checks, subscription status, traffic usage, and necessary account security records for authentication, displaying remaining benefits, applying plan rules, and handling unusual login activity.

Order records include the selected plan, payable and paid amounts, payment channel, order status, creation and completion times, and refund status. This information is used to complete transactions, verify subscription benefits, handle disputes, and meet financial record obligations. When users submit a ticket, VPNVG also processes the ticket text, attachments, and related diagnostic information. If a user voluntarily includes an email address in a ticket, it is used only for that support matter.

The site may collect page visits, referring pages, browser type, device category, and basic error information to analyze site usage, identify faults, and improve content. Analytics support site operations and security analysis and are not used to build profiles of the international websites users access.

No-logs policy and connection data

VPNVG does not record which websites users access through international routes, or retain browsing content, transmitted content, DNS queries, or history that could reconstruct specific network activity. Traffic measurement needed to operate the service is used to apply subscription limits, not to identify particular access content.

VPNVG does not retain connection logs long term when they could be linked to an account and used to reconstruct network activity. To maintain connections, identify faults, and prevent resource abuse, the system may process necessary technical status data while a session is active; this status is not stored as browsing history. Diagnostic materials that users voluntarily provide for troubleshooting are used only for the related ticket and deleted once the issue is resolved and no security or compliance need remains.

Cookies and local storage

The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, session identifiers, and necessary security settings. This data maintains sign-in sessions, restores user choices, and prevents duplicate requests. It is not used to record the specific websites users access through the service.

Users can clear cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, login status and saved interface preferences may expire, requiring users to sign in again or reselect their preferences. Browser settings that strictly limit local storage may affect normal use of the user panel.

Payment data and third-party processing

VPNVG supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Depending on the selected channel, payment processing is handled by the relevant payment service or network. VPNVG receives the payment result, order identifier, amount, time, and refund status needed to complete an order. Users are not required to submit payment account credentials on VPNVG pages.

Each third-party payment service applies its own privacy rules to data it collects directly. VPNVG uses payment result information only to complete orders, verify payments, process refunds, or meet necessary record obligations. Order payment data is not used to create marketing profiles unrelated to subscription services.

Data retention and deletion

Account and subscription data is retained while the account remains active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order, refund, and security records are kept for the period necessary to complete transactions, resolve disputes, and meet applicable requirements. When the processing purpose has been fulfilled and continued retention is not necessary, the relevant data is deleted or de-identified.

Users can submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through user panel tickets. To prevent action by another person, VPNVG may ask the requester to complete account verification first. After a deletion request is completed, account functions and related data that is not retained will be unavailable and cannot be restored. Records that must be kept by law or to handle open orders, refunds, or security disputes will be deleted when the relevant need ends.

Policy updates and user choices

VPNVG may update this policy when service features, data processing methods, or applicable requirements change. Updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be changed. For important changes to the scope of data processing, VPNVG will provide notice through site announcements or the user panel.

Users can review the complete policy after an update and decide whether to continue using the service. Questions about this policy, account data, or the deletion process can be submitted through a user panel ticket. Unless other contact details are published on this site, do not submit account credentials, order materials, or diagnostic files through unofficial channels.
